My Sprinter was returned from maintenance with radiator white foaming fluid all over the front grill. Found a cable just hanging bottom of engine and finger prints all over the engine hood. Who ever was the tech should not work in that field. Maintenance cost was $1850 by the way

They provide great customer service and are thorough in explaining the service options. The quality of the services is exceptional as well. I have taken my last 3 vehicles to them for routine service / maintenance. Sometimes, the wait time can be longer than expected. You can work in the guest lounge where they have water, coffee, and snacks. You also have the option to get a loaner if available.
I was looking for a EQS Mercedes-Benz Of Buckhead had a few my sales person. Nick was excellent very patient and knowledgeable about the product I was in and out of the dealership, probably four times looking at cars test driving cars. It was very patient. Had under 20k mile premium maintenance service done on my Mercedes. I was late for my appointment but was able to get the service completed in under 3 hours. The dealership offered a loaner vehicle or a ride to a local location of your choice. I opted to stay and it was a pleasant experience.
Was contacted by MB Buckhead to bring my car in for a recall. So it seemed important and I changed all my work schedule to make the appointment the next day. I arrived and asked them to repair two minor scratches on the hood of the car. After that I was informed that the recall was related to a battery change which cannot be performed because the battery hasn’t been delivered and they don’t know when this will take place. Appt was made but it took over 3 1/2 hrs to complete a routine maintenance check. My car was washed but remarkably still had scattered smashed bugs on the windshield! This dealerships saving grace is the staff in the front. My person was Leo, although I noticed that all the employees on the service side did not hesitate to make eye contact and a pleasant word. I blew out two tires traveling through Atlanta. MB road assistance towed it on a Sunday morning to MB of Buckhead. Monday morning at 7am, Leo in service got started on my car and I was back on the road that morning with total confidence and drove 10 hours home. A completely perfect experience.

I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30 a.m. for Service A and also requested an estimate for the driver-side light. When I returned at 4:30 p.m., my vehicle was still not ready, had not been washed as expected, and I had not received the requested estimate. I was not provided with any updates or communication throughout the day regarding the status of my vehicle. This experience was very disappointing, especially given the amount of time my vehicle was in your care. I would have appreciated better communication and timely completion of the requested services.

Service department is nice but very slow. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after car was washed for someone to bring me my car, while I watched at least 20 employees eat ice cream.

The Maintenance Quality Control at this dealership is severely lacking. I had to spend a considerable amount of money to correct issues on my vehicle that I purchased in December due to a severe lack of Quality Oversight on what is considered a Top of the line Mercedes Benz Vehicle.
Everyone was extremely friendly. I got complimentary ice cream (amazing) My rep, Mr. Wong took his time to go over everything with me and assured me I was in good hands. I will be returning to this location.

When I called to make an appointment, I informed them of the service needed. It was A7, I wish I was informed that the service would be 5 hours. I wasn’t prepared for that amount of time. I would have made other arrangements for the wait.
As always, this dealership scheduled my appointment, serviced my vehicle, and got me out in record time. They even included a car wash and vacuum. I was offered an Uber but chose to wait for the repairs to be completed. They have an excellent guest lounge with snacks, drinks, and TVs.
I do have one negative: they added supply charges for work that didn’t appear to require any additional supplies. That’s disappointing in this day and age of high inflation. Making the appt on line was a breeze. I was able to get in the same day for B service. Factory service requirements cost $678 out the door. Initially the sales person said the B service was $1199. When I booked it quoted $599 . He back tracked after I informed him. Seemed a little sketchy. After I dropped my car off 4 recommendations ( outside factory service requirements) were made that would have cost additional ~2k.
